We asked Troy to help us dramatically modernize our home that had been originally designed in a Colorado mountain style, and we have continued to customize our design with him over the years. Beyond exceptional design talent, he displays stellar organization and communication skills to successfully bring any project, no matter how large and complex, to timely conclusion. Troy is in class of his own. His designs are bold and inventive, he’s fearless with colors and patterns, curates interesting pieces everywhere and makes the process exciting and fun. Everyone who comes to our home is effusive about the paint colors and textures and cool design elements. In a market full of expensive but conservative designers, I enthusiastically recommend Troy because he brings real value – I can promise you he will take your design places you could not do on your own or with other designers. Troy approaches his work very seriously, but he also has a sense of humor and is quick to laugh. He and the team are assiduous to a degree no one else I have worked with comes close to; he uses the best subs and installers in town and is honest. I always thought his billing was transparent and reasonable, he’s surprisingly quick to respond to communications, and his team always followed up on any issues or changes long after the project was completed. Troy and his team are among the few designer/builder/installation groups in Denver that I give my highest recommendation.

I’m continuously on the hunt for new inspiration and one-of-a-kind pieces. I draw extensive creativity from the world around me and bring those ideas into my own home, which is an ever-evolving canvas that will never be complete. Sorry, Phillip (Troy’s husband)! Rather than go with a traditional arrangement in one of the rooms, as we wanted, Troy influenced our decision and took us out of our comfort zone. We are so grateful that he did. To this day, it is the most complimented and appreciated part of the design.

We purchased a 30-year-old house that had never been updated, knowing that Troy would be able to renovate it into our dream retirement home.
